He’s against gay marriage and abortion.His company pulled a pro-gay shirt back in 08, they also blatantly ripped off an Etsy designers work, featured a t-shirt for women that said “eat less” and most recently had a card with a “tranny” slur on in.Why do you shop at this store? I imagine because you weren’t aware of these facts. Now you are, so stop shopping there. You shouldn’t shop there for all those reasons if you are a supporter of gay rights and against big companies ripping off independent artists, and also you shouldn’t shop there because their clothes are absurdly overpriced for the quality. Which is shit, if you didn’t get that. Damn! I shop here all the time, and sometimes I am disappointed with the quality of the clothing but the vintage-esque designs lure me in like a moth to a flame. I’ve heard some shady things about UO but this takes the cake.

I hold in my hand

my very own copy of American Psycho. It’s kind of scary how excited I am considering the content of the movie. I’m constantly surrounded by girls that love romantic comedies that it makes me feel perturbed to be interested in such a movie. It doesn’t really bother me, it’s pretty hilarious to see the reaction on people’s faces when I tell them this is my favorite movie. My manager has been asking me morbid questions after this subject surfaced and it is beyond annoying. I hate that people don’t understand that my love for this movie goes beyond the violent aspect of it, it’s the psychological part. I love that Patrick Bateman is completely enamored with himself, even while having sex. He holds no connection with a single soul and I strangely admire that. We as humans tend to become tangled in our emotions far too easily. “ I have all the characteristics of a human being: blood, flesh, skin, hair; but not a single, clear, identifiable emotion, except for greed and disgust…”
